Laser Micro-drilled Ceramic Fiber
Micro-drilling for composite ceramic materials
Hortech employs laser micro-drilling to process or finish different materials. We develop and optimize the process to produce square holes or micron holes that traditional machines cannot produce. Multi-axis is also adopted to control the angle. Micron holes allow the semiconductor probes to reach deep. The above technique and process could miniaturize multi-layered circuit boards. Laser micro-drilling can also be employed to finish other products, including MEMS, biomedical components, and microporous materials.
Laser Micro-Drilled Ceramic Fiber
Ceramic fiber is very hard, but light. It is suitable to manufacture wearable devices, electronics, and in-vehicle electronics. Hortech employs ultra-fast laser to micro-drill hard materials.
Product Features
